LGC Athletics is now an official Universal Speed Rating, Speed Lab! USR is one of the top ways to track and develop speed, and it will be an integral part of our year round training. Backed by some of the top speed minds in the country, like Les Spellman and Tony Holler, the Universal Speed Rating is a platform that tracks an athlete’s speed data, provides competitive benchmarks, and shows them what they need to do to improve. 

Speed is a skill and is a tool to help players maximize their potential on the field. We are excited to build some of the fastest athletes in the state!
